The African Report on Child Wellbeing 2011 is nearing completion and expected to be launched on the eve of the Fourth IPC. It will be the major document that would inform the deliberations and proceedings of the Conference.

Other than the launching of The African Report on Child Wellbeing 2011, the Fourth IPC will be complemented with one other major event, namely, the Larissa Award.

So, the conference will involve a series of events revolving around the idea of promoting government policy that favours primacy to budgeting for children and the protection and wellbeing of children with disabilities.
